Traditional ESP tricks have a flaw. The last card revealed isn’t interesting. If you’ve correctly predicted the first 4 out of 5 cards, the last one has to be correct – there’s no choice. So “revealing” it is usually boring. Punchline keeps your audiences entertained until the end.
