With three clearly shown cards, you play a game of Three Card Monte with the spectators.
Asking them to keep track of the winning card as the cards are moved on the table, you play three times.
Each time, you make it simpler for the spectators.
They easily follow exactly where the winning card is.
Yet each time, the winning card changes into one of the losing cards!
Finally, to "give the spectators a better chance", you place one of the losing cards aside and play using just two cards.
